⚠️ Warning to recruiters ⚠️ I want to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same situation. I made a deal with a company that promised to pay $1050 — half after the first week and the remaining half after the second week. Everything sounded fine at first, but things quickly went downhill. They kept delaying the process from the beginning. The driver even paid for his own drug test, and they promised reimbursement in the first paycheck. Then they delayed giving a load for about 1.5 weeks, constantly making excuses like “fuel card is on the way” or “we’re finding a trailer.” They also claimed to have a dedicated lane from Florida to Illinois paying $2.8 per mile, which turned out to be false. After keeping the driver waiting for over a week and a half, they suddenly disappeared — deleted chats and stopped answering calls. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
